Our own unique blend of Epsom Salts, Dead Sea Salt and pink Himalayan rock salt bring you one of the easiest way to soothe tired muscles and promote a deeper, more settled sleep.
Approximately 150g. One - two single use for bath. Up-to 6 uses for foot soak.
Approximately 300g. three - four single use for bath. Up-to 12 uses for foot soak.
Add to warm water and encourage dissolving of salts. Soak for at least 10-15 minutes. If irritation occurs, remove self from water immediately.

Please follow candle care instructions to ensure you get the most out of your soy candle.
Your first burn is important. Allow 2-3 hours for the melt pool of yolur wax to reach the edge of the glass before extinguishing your candle.
Always trim wick to approx 3/4 cm before relighting.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
